Schichtführer mit Linienverantwortung (m/w/d)
Your tasks:
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung mehrerer Produktionslinien im 3-Schicht-Betrieb
- Sicherstellung und Optimierung reibungsloser Produktionsabläufe inkl. Personaleinsatzplanung und Tagessteuerung
- Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Ablaufs von der Bäckerei bis zur Verpackungsanlage
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesse – z. B. durch Automatisierung oder Vereinfachung

Your tasks:
- Entgegennahme und Erfassung von Warenlieferungen gemäß Lieferscheinen und Aufträgen
- Überprüfung der Waren auf Vollständigkeit, Qualität und eventuelle Transportschäden
- Eintragung von Warenbewegungen in das Lagerverwaltungssystem und Aktualisierung von Bestandsdaten
- Organisation und Vorbereitung von Waren für den Versand gemäß Aufträgen und Lieferanforderungen
- Verpackung von Waren gemäß den Versandvorschriften und Sicherstellung einer sicheren Verladung
