Your tasks:
- Manual and fully automated weighing of raw materials.

Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as a baker, confectioner, cook or butcher (m/f/d).

Production helper (m/f/d)
- Support of the production process by intervening activities
- Maintaining product safety while taking hygienic and qualitative product and process parameters into account
- Carrying out optical quality controls of the products
- Packaging of finished goods
- Cleaning and disinfection of machines and equipment as well as the working environment
Your profile:
- Diligence and hygiene awareness
- Independence as well as sense of responsibility and quality
- Willingness to work in shifts (3-shift system)
Employee in quality assurance (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Control of incoming raw materials and finished products
- Execution, documentation and evaluation of process controls
- Preparation and updating of cleaning plans, execution, documentation and evaluation of cleaning controls
- Preparation and support of internal and external audits (e.g. IFS)
- Coordination and implementation of employee training
- Involvement and independent processing of smaller projects in the area of quality assurance, quality management, product development
Your profile:
- Completed training as a laboratory technician (BTA/CTA), food technology specialist or a comparable qualification.
- Knowledge in the areas of sensory analysis, bakery raw materials is an advantage

Your tasks:
- Planung, Führung und Überwachung der Produktion

- Erreichung der festgelegten Kennzahlen für u. a. Personalkennzahlen, Qualität, Ausschussquote und Anlageneffizienz sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung, Förderung sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden im Verantwortungsbereich
